P1 port activation in Belgium

All modern electricity meters in Belgium (or ‘digital meters’) are equipped with a P1 port and are compatible with the Zendure Meter P1.

Security and privacy: the P1 port is disabled by default. You must contact your network operator to activate it:

  1. Fluvius: free activation via the online portal.
  2. Sibelga: free activation by phone: 02 549 41 00.
  3. Ores: activation by telephone: 078 15 78 01.
  4. Resa: send the form to s.clientele@resa.be to activate your P1 port.

1. What exactly is the Zendure P1 used for? +
The Zendure P1 is a smart meter that captures data from your digital meter in real time. It allows you to accurately track your electricity consumption to better understand your costs and optimise the use of your solar panels or batteries.
2. Is it compatible with my electricity meter? +
It is compatible with all modern digital meters equipped with a standard P1 port (common in Belgium and the Netherlands). In Belgium, you simply need to request the free activation of this port from your network operator (Fluvius, Sibelga, Ores or Resa).
3. How is the device powered? +
The Zendure P1 offers flexible power supply: it can be powered directly via the meter’s RJ12 port or via a USB-C port if you have a socket nearby. Its power consumption is very low (1W max).
4. Does it work if my internet connection is down? +
Yes, thanks to Zen+ OS, the system remains functional locally even without an internet connection or with a weak signal. This ensures instant responses and continuous energy management to prevent any wastage.
5. Can I integrate it into my home automation system? +
Absolutely. It’s an open ecosystem. You can easily connect it to the Zendure app as well as third-party platforms such as Home Assistant for total control of your smart home.
6. Are there any hidden costs or a subscription fee? +
